1. Band of the Week: At The Drive-In

My Experience:

I started Listening to "At The Drive-In" because of Cedric Bixler-Zavala and Omar Rodriguez-Lopez's part in "The Mars Volta.

At first I was slightly skeptical, as the only song I heard was "One Armed Scissor" and thought of the band as "Billy Talent...........Before Billy Talent".

But after getting the Album "Relationship Of Command", and especially after listening to the song "Arcarsenal" I was hooked.

Although they won't compare to The Mars Volta, "At The Drive In" is original in it's entirety, and I'm a big fan now.

You can check their Page Here. (Remember, I have conveniently provided several songs from the band for you to listen to, on that page.)

2. Article: Convert iTunes To MP3

How To Convert iTunes to MP3

In this "How-to" article, I will show you How to Convert iTunes to MP3.

You've searched all over the internet, looking to convert your songs to mp3, but all you have found are stupid trials that only convert 60% of the song.

Did you know that a very popular, and very FREE program that you already own, will do it for you?

It can convert most songs from their native format, into an mp3 version that can be used on your iPod, mp3 player, or anything else that plays mp3's.

Now iTunes can't convert certain formats, but will work for the most common song formats (.wav etc.)

How to do it!

  1. Open iTunes.

  2. Locate the song you want to convert to mp3.
  3. Locate the song you want to convert.
A Picture of itunes, with the song we are going to convert selected

  4. Right-Click on the song.
  5. Select "Create MP3 Version".
  6. Select "Create MP3 Version".
A Picture of itunes, with the song we are going to convert selected

  7. Song will take Several minutes to finish Converting.
  8. This is where your song goes while it is converting.
A Picture of itunes, with the song we are going to convert selected

(If there is no option for "Create MP3 Version" it means that iTunes cannot convert that type of file. As I mentioned earlier, iTunes can convert most, but not all files.)

If you haven't done so already:

(That's A Clue!)
