Brilliant analysis, you've done a great service to TMV fans everywhere.
However, I should note, I always took these lines to mean something different:
"Dolls wreck the mincemeat of pupils, cast it oblong arms length" is clearly an intravenous opiate reference. Opiates cause the constriction of pupils they don't actually chop his eyes up into little bits.
"Cast in oblong arms length" is obviously in reference to intravenous drug use when people shoot dope, they tend to hold their arm at an oblong angle. With the shrinking pupils line showing up right before this one, I think it's inevitable that this is a literal reference to morphine injection.
However, the literal meaning could be taken metaphorically, so it doesn't really negate anything you said, it just adds to it.

I really appreciate this addition to my interpretation. As someone who has never done drugs, I'm obviously ignorant to these enlightening facts that you have to share.
Thanks, it helps out in making this the most complete resource available online!

With their brand new "Shields" album, Grizzly Bear is a huge name. I've personally been listening to them for years, especially since their incredible album "Veckitamest" was released.
