Truly amazing progressive band from the UK I find them fairly similar to Porcupine Tree but a bit more powerful
Their first album The Dark Third is a brilliant album and runs incredibly smoothly and their 2nd album Amor Vincit Omnia adds an electronic flare to an already great sound. I hope you find them as brilliant as I do
Also I noticed a few people have already mentioned your Andrew transition from Muse to The Mars Volta. Well I think I'm at that stage, I'm a huge Muse fan but their most recent album
The Resistance disappointed me but a few months ago something magical happened. I discovered De-loused in the Comatorium and boy what a brilliant piece of work.

A pretty big disappointment for me, but oh well, luckily there is tonnes of other great music out there!
